Exchange Policy
*For Unshipped Orders
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, you may contact our customer service team to make the adjustment, provided that the item is currently in stock. (Exchanges are limited to different variations—e.g., size or color—of the *same* product; you cannot exchange an item for a completely different product style.)
*For Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request a return once you have received the items. Simultaneously, you may place a new order directly for the item you desire, thereby minimizing your waiting time. This method allows you to receive your new items faster while also ensuring that the specific product you need remains in stock.
Return Policy
*7-Day Return Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased at starrka.com, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Any shipping fees and customs duties incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in their original condition—specifically, unworn and unused, with all tags still attached and intact. Return packages must be shipped out within 7 days of submitting the return request, and the corresponding shipping tracking number must be provided to our customer service team. If this deadline is exceeded, your return request will be automatically voided.
*Special Return Circumstances
Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and provide relevant photographs as evidence. We will assess the issue as quickly as possible and provide you with the best available solution. If a return request is not initiated due to product quality issues, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
*Note:
Please be advised that the following situations are not considered product quality issues:
1. Loose threads, raw edges, variations in thickness or texture, and/or slight color discrepancies compared to the product images displayed;
2. Dissatisfaction with the style and/or color, or a change in personal taste or preference;
3. Damage resulting from improper use, improper washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modification, or other human factors;
4. Returns requested solely due to sizing issues.
Return Address (Important Notice)
Any address printed on the package itself should *not* be considered a valid return address. If you return a package to an address that has not been authorized by our Customer Service team, we will be unable to process your return or issue a refund. If you wish to initiate a return or request a refund, you *must* contact our Customer Service team (service@starrka.com) to obtain the correct return address *before* shipping the return package.
Return Package Tracking
Once you have shipped your return package, please send us an email—including a photograph of the package—to notify us. We will contact you promptly as soon as we have received and processed your package. Please ensure that you provide us with a trackable shipping number to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of your return.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept any cancellation requests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refund Policy
*For Unshipped, Cancelled Orders
For cancelled orders that have not yet been shipped, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 15 business days.
*For Returned Orders
For returned orders, we will initiate the refund process as soon as possible after we have received the return package and verified that the returned items are in good, undamaged condition. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 15 business days.
